Ticket buyer recognizes that motorsports can be a dangerous spectator event. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the ticket buyer agrees to hold harmless Events Inc., its partners, employees, and contractors should the ticket buyer or any member of the ticket buyers party suffer injury, including death from their attendance of the event.
- All minors 16 & under must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Parents or guardians accompanying a minor recognize that motorsports can be a dangerous spectator event. As the purchasing guardian, ticket buyer agrees to take full responsibility and hold harmless Events Inc., its partners, employees, and contractors should the ticket buyer or any member of the ticket buyers party suffer injury, including death from their attendance of the event.
- Bloomsburg Fairgrounds is a privately rented facility. Events, Inc. reserves the right to remove any spectator from the event grounds if deemed they are not acting in accordance with the Events, Inc. code of conduct.
- Ownership of content - Ticket buyer recognizes that Events, Inc and its partners will be taking photos at the event. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the ticket buyer agrees to allow Events, Inc. to use its likeness and the likeness of those in the ticket buyers party for future promotional, social media, and event galleries.
